Editorial Policy

1. Our Mission
Serambi publishes practical, original, and honest content about AI. Our goal is to help people use AI to work smarter, not to chase clicks or hype.
2. Originality and Sourcing
We write original content. Where we reference research, statistics, or vendor claims, we aim to identify the source and to distinguish between what we have personally tested and what comes from third parties.
3. Hands-On Evaluation
When we review tools, we base our evaluations on hands-on use and testing wherever possible. If we have not fully tested something, we say so. We do not fabricate test results or personal experience.
4. Accuracy and Corrections
We strive for accuracy but make mistakes like anyone. If an error is reported, we review and correct it promptly, and we are transparent about substantive corrections. You can report errors through our contact page.
5. Independence and Disclosure
We keep editorial content independent of advertisers and sponsors. Any sponsored or affiliate content, paid promotion, or material relationship is clearly disclosed where it occurs. The views in our articles are our own.
6. No Paid Content Placement
We do not accept payment in exchange for favourable coverage or for publishing specific articles. Links and recommendations are based on editorial judgement, not payment, unless clearly disclosed otherwise.
7. Privacy and Standards
We respect user privacy (see our Privacy Policy) and follow the content standards described here in all our publishing.
